at some point, as an entrepreneur, one doesn't need to "learn more" (as an individual) or "keep getting better", one can/should just hire better

- individual vs team
what got someone to, say, academic success, isn't always the best strategy forward
- in fact, most K-12-phd is optimized for individualism, and doesn't teach effective cooperation
