🤔 language model limitations

language models have a challenge solving certain kinds of problems
likely not a direct path to human-like AGI (ie. no amount of data + parameters can get there)
missing components:
- spatial memory
  - remembering path taken through a space
  - could be re-used for "fact" storage
- behaviour simulation
  - of physical phenomena (ball falling)
  - other people
  - systems
but, these other systems could have similar foundations (example based statistical modeling), just "trained" on different data
