🤔 child care government incentives

government collecting income taxes incentivizes child-care
- ie. payback for government to pay for child-care, so parents can go to work
- government doesn't get tax dollars from a stay-at-home parent
  - but they do from both a professional-child-caretaker and a working-parent
- elementary-schools and high-schools would still be "worth it" at some cost if they were just child-care (ie. no education)
  - education is "sugar on top" (might as well also increase the tax-paying-capability of these children while we're at it)
  - to the government, how much of school's value is from child-care and how much from education
    - is the value different to society? (are the incentives aligned?)
    - would land-value taxation change this dynamic?
