🤔 opportunities not just problems

frustration/pet-peeve: business canvases that ask for "what problem you're solving"
- misses out on ~50% of business that are "increasing gains / opportunities" that their customers don't think of as problems
- instead, look to jobs-to-be-done + pain-relievers + gain-creators framework
- in wealthy countries, and with decreasing scarcity of "basic needs", "problems" decrease, but opportunities still abound
